This ‘Walk the Talk’ continues our series on Animal Health and is the second featuring free range minerals. Peter’s family have been farming for 6 generations now on this farm and chose to become certified organic farmers. Wendy says: “I just love producing good quality food for other people.”
“If you are going to produce food please produce it the best you possibly can.”

Since converting they have now discovered the joys of belonging to an organic co-op and the rewards that being organic is bringing.

The Wallaces now are part of the ‘True Organics’ group which was started by Ron& Bev Smith and which produces a range of cheeses and butter. The group now exports mainly to Asia of which we will hear more on our ‘Talk the Walk’
