Ron Smith founder of True Organic Co-op. has chosen to sell his dairy farm and open up a centre for learning.
This “Walk the Talk“ is an overview of the course minus the nutritious lunch we all shared with much more discussion and interchange!

Ron and Bev Smith also hold Nutrition courses for groups of up to 10 people. Bev is part of the Weston A Price group which has completed a lot of research on the value of eating real fats and drinking real milk. In fact underlying their approach to diet is a return to the days of cooking from scratch.
Both Ron and Bev have followed these practices in raising their 11 children. Along with the usual dairy products. on the wood fire stove is good old bone broth which they claim has helped many to recover in record time. They are both storehouses Ron Smith of knowledge for simple wins to keep and also to restore good health through nutrition.
